OUR PQA RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Submit an up to date and tailored resume for each position that you’re applying to. Try to keep your resume 1-2 pages and in your cover letter focus on why you’ve applied for the position and what makes you the best fit for the role. Don’t forget to proofread!
Review of Application
Once you apply, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your application. It will go on to be reviewed by PQA’s recruiter and the hiring manager and they will pick the top candidates to be screened by the recruiter.
The recruiter will reach out to you to have an introductory conversation. If you’re selected from this process you will go on to an interview with the hiring manager. Your references will be contacted and there may be a second technical interview. If you are not moving forward, you will be advised as soon as possible. Please contact our recruiter if you have any questions.
If you are a successful candidate, we will send you an offer. A client interview may be required as well. Upon successful client interview process and outreach to your references, we will welcome you onboard.
Welcome to PQA! After you accept the offer the recruiter will reach out to confirm your acceptance has been received. Prior to your start date your new manager will reach out with details about your first day.
