Scott K. is responsible for ensuring that PQA’s vision and strategies are being implemented across all regions. He works closely with the VPs and Directors to manage, maintain and develop all operational aspects of the company.
Susan is responsible for the design of PQA and our partner companies’ corporate strategy and growth. She also leads our marketing and communication efforts both internally and externally, ensuring that employees, clients and partners connect to our story and vision.
As the VP of Service Delivery, Atlantic, Brian is in charge of all the day-to-day operations at PQA to ensure a seamless execution and delivery on all projects. He also develops and implements PQA’s strategic vision in Fredericton, Miramichi, NB and Halifax, NS.
As a VP of Service Delivery, Pacific, Mike is responsible for being the face of PQA to Pacific customers and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service from PQA while also guaranteeing that PQA’s team is diverse, cared for, and continues to provide world class testing.
As VP of Professional Services, Nat is responsible for guiding PQA’s vision and capabilities around technology and testing. He leads our Automation, Performance Testing, and Security Testing initiatives, and spearheads the advanced solutions teams to ensure that PQA is able to deliver the best solution for any testing problem.
As a VP of Customer Success, Jonathan brings his two decades of experience delivering technology solutions to PQA. Jonathan works alongside of PQA’s Delivery and Sales organizations to assist PQA customers around the globe in defining the testing solution that best fits their organization.
In her role as VP, Lottery & Gaming, Jennifer oversees the growth of our Sault Ste. Marie operation. In addition, she applies her 20 years’ experience in the lottery and gaming industry to lead the development of our lottery and gaming industry strategy and ensure client engagement and satisfaction within that sector.
