Nathaniel Couture, VP Professional Services: Nathaniel started his career as a performance tester in 2005, using MS ACT, then Grinder. While today his main role is working to keep his team busy, he has played an active role on many performance testing projects as the lead, focusing primarily on the planning aspect of the projects and on results analysis and reporting.  Nathaniel is excited about the growing team and he is there to use his experience and knowledge to continue to help when and where needed.

Chris Flint, Senior Tester, Fredericton, NB: Chris has been with PQA Testing for over 10 years and has tested everything from databases to websites. Within the last few years, he has turned his attention to performance testing, primarily using JMeter and Flood.io.

John McLaughlin, QA Manager & Test Specialist, Miramichi, NB: John is PQA’s most senior Automation Architect who, on occasion though, dabbles in performance testing. John brings over 13 years of experience to the table.

Shumail Javed, Automation & Performance Specialist, Vancouver, BC:  Shumail joined PQA last summer and has been mostly doing test automation work with BC Ferries and TransLink, but his primary focus has been performance testing and providing training and support to team members on performance testing. A few months back, Shumail even delivered a PQA Academy session on Gatling.

Lakshmi Narasimhan Mukkur Raghavan, Performance Engineer, Mississauga, ON: Lakshmi joined us earlier this year and he has been working full time at Suncor. He is using his extensive experience to deliver performance testing services with tools like LoadRunner and Performance Center.

Satya Patro, Senior Performance Tester: Satya joined us just this spring, and with well over a decade of experience, he is our most senior Performance Tester. He comes to us from OpenText, IBM, Blackberry and is a guru in performance engineering from top to bottom, having tuned and optimized a large variety of applications and infrastructure configurations, in and out of the cloud. Satya is skilled in using the big vendor tools (LoadRunner, Silk Performer) and the little ones (JMeter) as well as being well-versed in APM tools like Dynatrace.
